A quick update on the sidewalk work

The City started repairing sidewalks on the East side of downtown last year and will continue to work on sidewalks as the budget permits this year.

Currently, we are working on the sidewalk at Neshoba and will move to the library next. Over the next few months, we will address the sidewalk on Kemp between Main and Gonzales. Next in line, we have identified the sidewalk at the Chickasaw Bank Museum.

Over the next two budget cycles we will be identifying sidewalks near schools and neighborhoods.

Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated during these projects.
